WARRANTIES & RETURNS

 

Somerfield Swim wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and will happily offer an exchange in instances where you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with a product or size. Please note, refunds will not be offered for returned purchases.

All items must be returned within 21 days of receiving your parcel, in their original condition which includes sanitary labels being intact and tags still attached. The item must not have been worn, washed or soiled. 

If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you with an electronic credit note. This can then be used for you to seamlessly re-shop your preferred bikini. 

All Final Sale items cannot be returned for an exchange, no exceptions. Any Final Sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.

Please note Somerfield Swim reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

Somerfield Swim will not be held liable for any lost returns and we strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details. The cost involved in returning an item to Somerfield Swim will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customers sole responsibility.

All returns will be processed within 2 business days. Once we have received your returned package and inspected the garments, you will be contacted via email and provided a credit note.

The cost of return shipping to and from Somerfield Swim is at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded or added to your credit note. Credit notes can not be used in conjunction with any other sale or discount code.

All credit notes are valid for 6 months, we recommend you use your credit note as soon as possible. To organise a return please email returns@somerfieldswim.com with your name, order number and details of the return. We will then provide you with any further information you may require.

Somerfield Swim does not offer price adjustments. The sale price can only be guaranteed during the sale period, not before or after. 

In the unlikely event that your swimwear arrives damaged please contact us immediately at the email address above with an image of the damaged item and we will get back to you right away.
